At Velociraptor Systems, we aim at providing the complete customer experience. So while we provide limited free tech support to recipients of our custom computers, we also provide paid technical support for new clients.


We provide general assistance with configuration problems, remote software assistance, and remote desktop work. The following support categories are offered:

  • Email support: $5 per case per day. Payment is due before we engage in solution discussions.
  • Phone support: $15 per half hour, billed to the next half hour. Payment of the first 30 minutes is due before phone assistance begins.
  • Remote desktop support: $30 per hour, billed to the next hour. Payment of the first hour is due before the first remote desktop session.

Open a Session

To begin a maintenance session, contact us by email or give us a call at (619) 630-4638. When you submit a request with us, we will request an email address to which we can deliver an invoice from PayPal or Google Checkout. Once you've paid your initial fee, we will fully resolve the situation with you before any follow up invoices, if applicable.

If you are a custom computer client, you are entitled to 90 days of free email support, and one hour of free phone support within the first year (allocated in 15 minute chunks). That's our way of saying "thanks!" for choosing us!
If you need to execute an under-warranty part replacement outside of our complimentary support period, email support rates apply.
